1. How do I create a new account on Haimeta?

You can register a Haimeta account using your email address or authorize registration with your Google account.

2. What login methods does Haimeta support?

Haimeta supports email login and Google quick login.

3. I didn't receive a verification email. What should I do?

Your email provider might have identified our message as spam. Please check your spam folder or blocked messages.

Account Security

1. How do I change my Haimeta account password?

After creating your account, you can click on "Account Settings" in the top right corner of the website, then click "Change Password."

2. How can I reset my password if I've forgotten it?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the system prompts to reset your password.

3. My account shows unusual login activity. What should I do?

For your account security, we recommend changing your password immediately.

Account Management

1. How do I update my profile information?

After creating your account, you can access "Account Settings" in the top right corner of the website to modify your personal profile.

2. How can I change the email address associated with my account?

After creating your account, you can access "Account Settings" in the top right corner of the website, scroll down to find "Associated Email" settings, and add/change/delete email addresses associated with your account.

3. Can I link my Google account to an existing Haimeta account?

Yes, you can. Before linking, please ensure that the Google account has never been linked to another Haimeta account, otherwise the linking may fail.

Account Deletion

1. Can I temporarily deactivate my Haimeta account?

We're sorry, but Haimeta does not currently support account deactivation.

2. How do I permanently delete my account and all associated data?

If you need to delete your account, you can access "Account Settings" in the top right corner of the website, scroll to the bottom, and click "Delete Account."

Please note that after confirming deletion, your account will be retained for 15 days. Any login during this period will be considered an interruption of the deletion process. If you log in during this time, you'll need to restart the account deletion process.

Please save any important content locally, as your data will be completely erased after account deletion.

3. What happens to my creations if I delete my account?

We will erase all of your creative data, so please make sure to save any important content before deletion.

4. Can I request to export all my account data?

We're sorry, but we currently don't support exporting all data. However, you can download your creative content at any time, such as images, videos, audio, and other multimedia content.

Device Management

1. Does Haimeta support using the same account on multiple devices simultaneously?

For your asset security, we currently don't support multiple devices being online at the same time.

2. Why was I automatically logged out of my account?

It's possible that your account experienced unusual login activity. For your account security, please change your account password as soon as possible.

1. What should I do if I get an "Account does not exist" error when logging in?

Please first check if your email account is entered correctly, and make sure you've distinguished between uppercase and lowercase letters or punctuation marks correctly.
