Content Sensitivity

Content Sensitivity Policy

1. What is the content sensitivity policy?

Our content sensitivity policy is designed to prevent the generation and display of inappropriate or sensitive AI-generated images. We have a two-tier filtering system that handles content based on its sensitivity level.

2. How does the content sensitivity filtering work?

Our system automatically detects and filters AI-generated images containing sensitive content:

  1. High-sensitivity content: Images with highly sensitive content will not be displayed. You'll receive a notification that "Inappropriate content detected. xxx HAIBIT refunded."
  2. Haimeta Image

  3. Medium-sensitivity content: Images with moderately sensitive content (such as toy guns, kissing scenes, or skulls) will be displayed with a blur overlay. You'll see a message stating "This image may contain sensitive content (click to view)." You can click on the image to view the full content.
  4. Haimeta Image

3. What type of content is considered sensitive?

Content may be flagged as sensitive if it includes, but is not limited to:

  • High-sensitivity: Explicit violence, drug-relative content, inappropriate adult content, etc.
  • Medium-sensitivity: Toy weapons, mild romantic content, mild horror elements (like Halloween skulls), etc.

4. Will I be refunded my HAIBIT if my image is blocked?

Yes, if your image generation task fails due to high-sensitivity content detection, the HAIBIT used for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account.

5. How do I check if my HAIBIT has been refunded?

You can check your HAIBIT refund status by clicking on the HAIBIT icon located to the left of your profile avatar. This will display your transaction history, including any refunds issued due to content policy violations.

6. Why was my image blurred?

Images that contain medium-sensitivity content are displayed with a blur overlay to give you the choice of whether to view the content. This system allows us to maintain a safe environment while still giving you control over what you ultimately see.

7. Can I appeal if I believe my image was incorrectly filtered?

If you believe your image was incorrectly identified as sensitive content, please email us by enquiry@haimeta.com

8. How can I avoid generating sensitive content?

To minimize the chance of generating sensitive content:

  • Avoid using prompts that explicitly request sensitive themes
  • Be specific with your descriptions to guide the AI away from potentially sensitive interpretations
  • Review our HAI community for more best practices

9. Will my account be penalized for accidentally generating sensitive content?

No, your account will not be penalized for occasional accidental generation of sensitive content. Our system simply prevents the display of such content and refunds your HAIBIT where applicable.

10. How do content filters affect my HAIBIT usage?

  • For high-sensitivity content: Your HAIBIT will be fully refunded
  • For medium-sensitivity content: Your HAIBIT is considered used, as the image is still accessible (behind a blur)
