Membership & HAIBITs
1. How many AI portraits can I create with Haimeta each month?
Each user receives 100 free HAIBITs daily (expires after 24 hours), which allows you to create 10 standard images or 5 professional portraits per day. This means you can create up to 300 standard images or 150 professional portraits per month with free allocation.
Standard Members receive an additional 2,000 HAIBITs per month (note: these do not stack with the free 100 daily HAIBITs), allowing you to create 200 standard images or 100 professional portraits monthly.
Premium Members receive an additional 4,000 HAIBITs per month, allowing you to create 400 standard images or 200 professional portraits monthly.
When your HAIBITs are depleted or insufficient for a creation, you will be unable to generate new AI portraits until you acquire more HAIBITs.
2.How many AI portraits can I create at the same time?
Free users can submit 1 creation at a time. To submit multiple creations at the same time, please upgrade to a membership plan.
Standard Members can submit up to 3 creations at the same time. Premium Members can submit up to 6 creations at the same time.
3. What are Haimeta's pricing rules and HAIBIT policies?
Under standard conditions, generating one standard AI image consumes 10 HAIBITs, while a professional portrait consumes 20 HAIBITs. Please refer to the actual page display for specific consumption rates.
Generally, 1 HAIBIT = $0.01 USD.
4. How can I get HAIBITs in Haimeta?
You can collect 100 free HAIBITs upon daily login (expires after 24 hours). You can also purchase HAIBITs directly or receive them monthly through a membership subscription.
5. What services do I get as a Haimeta member?
As a member, you'll receive monthly HAIBIT rewards, the ability to process multiple creations at the same time, exclusive style templates only available to members, increased storage space, and many other member-exclusive features!
6. Can I cancel my membership subscription?
When you purchase a membership package through subscription, you can cancel it in the Subscription page under Subscription Management. After cancellation, you will not be charged at the next billing cycle, but your membership benefits will continue until the end of your current subscription period.
7. What payment methods are supported?
We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/AmEx) for payment.
